Scope, fees, deadlines and deliverables belong in the project-specific SOW. No substitute language is generated by this website.

Client Materials Submission & AI Processing Authorization
Authorization before upload.
The full agreement must be visible and downloadable before acceptance. The website will only enable acceptance after the exact TPL-001 v1.0 file is provisioned from the Legal Vault.

Voice / Likeness / Digital Replica
Separate conspicuous consent.
Tell us whether the submitted materials contain—or the production will recreate—an identifiable person. This consent is intentionally separate from general terms.

The Legal Vault currently marks the formal Talent / Voice / Digital Replica Release as “To draft.” If this project requires it, production remains gated until the approved release is signed.07

Uploads are stored outside the public website directory. The upload control unlocks only after all required legal gates are complete.
